A still life arrangement with some of the favorite colors of Edgar Degas, the French impressionist artist. The colors are mostly those from his ballet series and from his series of bathing women. Included are a mortar and pestle for grinding and mixing pigments to make pastels, a French flag, and a little glass of something to sustain the artist while he is working.
